Industrial Maintenance Electrician | 1st Shift | Amazing Benefits Keep High-Volume Manufacturing Running We're hiring an Industrial Maintenance Electrician to support and repair large-scale manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on role focused on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and equipment reliability —with opportunities to work on new installs, upgrades, and system improvements . What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems on production equipment and facility systems Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints Work on PLCs, drives, motor controls, and electrical components Support new equipment startup, testing, and system validation Install and modify wiring, conduit, and electrical components Diagnose issues with motors, controls, and industrial wiring systems Assist with hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting Contribute to continuous improvement and equipment upgrades What We're Looking For Electricians with industrial or transferable experience 2+ years of experience in: Industrial maintenance OR Manufacturing OR Commercial/industrial electrical work Ability to read schematics and electrical diagrams Experience with motors, controls, wiring, and conduit Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Preferred (Not Required) Experience with PLCs or control systems (1+ year ideal) Experience in welding, fabrication, or heavy manufacturing Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics HVAC or facilities maintenance exposure Experience with equipment installs, retrofits, or startups Trade school or technical degree in electrical/electronics Why You'll Love This Job Competitive pay + DOUBLE TIME after 50 hours Opportunities to work on new equipment and upgrades Tuition reimbursement for continued learning Full benefits: health, dental, life insurance 401(k) with company match + HSA/FSA options Work on complex, high-value industrial systems Strong team environment with operations and engineering support Schedule & Work Environment 1st
