  • 10+ years of field experience who wants to join a company that is rapidly growing.
They must fit well in a fast paced, dynamic work environment that requires flexibility and quick thinking. This individual must be capable of independently managing electrical projects, supervising crews, coordinating with customers, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, communicates well, and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship. Responsibilities Lead commercial and residential electrical projects Supervise and mentor apprentice electricians Read and interpret electrical plans, blueprints, and specifications Plan daily work and coordinate jobsite activities Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems Perform service upgrades, panel replacements, and equipment installations Install EV charging systems (Level 2 and DC Fast Chargers) Install LED lighting systems and lighting controls Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and safety regulations Coordinate inspections and communicate with inspectors when needed Maintain accurate job documentation Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and project managers Identify field issues and provide practical solutions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work van and job site. Qualifications 5
