Requirements:
Key Responsibilities Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical equipment and systems. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on motors, electrical panels, circuits, and related equipment. Diagnose electrical faults using multimeters, insulation testers, thermal imaging equipment, and other diagnostic tools. Ensure all work complies with applicable electrical codes, company policies, and safety standards. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain PLC systems and industrial automation equipment. Install, program, modify, and support PLC-controlled machinery. Interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, technical drawings, and equipment manuals. Work closely with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability and system performance. Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and increase operational efficiency. Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment history. Required Qualifications Proven experience performing industrial electrical maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, wiring practices, and electrical safety procedures. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, manuals, and wiring diagrams. Experience using electrical testing equipment, including multimeters, insulation resistance testers, and thermal imaging cameras. Demonstrated experience working with PLC systems Strong understanding of industrial automation and control systems. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Diploma, technical certification, or associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Automation, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience. Knowledge of energy efficiency initiatives and electrical optimization practices. Experience with variable frequency drives (VFDs), HMIs, servo systems, and industrial networking is a plus.
