Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems across our campus and residential facilities. Your expertise will ensure the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our electrical infrastructure, supporting our mission to serve children and families with excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a meaningful environment dedicated to positive change. Responsible for the installation, service, maintenance, and testing of the agency electrical distribution systems including exit and emergency lighting. Assist in the maintenance, service, and installation of fire alarm systems including the coordination and installation of raceways for the agency networking and communications. Work from sketches and blueprints to building code standards. Provide directions to Maintenance Worker II and I. Maintains a neat, efficient and safe work area.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE 1.
High School graduate or equivalent experience. Exceptions will be considered based on agency need and experience related to the position. 2. Journeyman level electrical installation and/or electrical maintenance experience. 3. Journeyman license eligible. 4. Valid driver's license with a valid driving record.
Pay:
$24.00 - $30.50 per hour
