Job Description
Position Summary A standard Maintenance I position is responsible for general building and grounds upkeep at any of the G&D facilities, but you aren't standard. You're
ELECTRIC.
This position is grounded in being current on electrical safety guidelines, as well as being able to circuit any and all electrical issues you can find without resistance. Primary Responsibilities Understand voltage, current, resistance, and Ohm's Law using multimeters to test live and dead circuits. Interpret blueprints, ladder logic diagrams, and wiring schematics to trace faults. Maintain, test, and troubleshoot three-phase motors, relays, contactors, and variable frequency drives (VFDs). Inspect transformers, panels, and circuit breakers safely Works efficiently to achieve or exceed performance targets for velocity, quality and cost. Understands and follows all ISO and 5S initiatives. Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve department and company goals. Performs other duties as assigned. Provides leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/ skill. Complies with all safety policies, practices and procedures and reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
Electric Basic personal computer skills. Previous experience operating power industrial truck. Strong communication and organizational skills. Strong ability to meet deadlines. Minimum of one year of building maintenance related experience.
MINIMUM EDUCATION
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certified to use power industrial truck. Lock Out/Tag Out certification. Valid Driver s License Required.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
• Technical or Associate s degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school. Minimum of one year of experience in HVAC Minimum of one year of experience in landscaping trade. Minimum of one year of experience in third-party logistics (3PL) environment.

From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
