Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Electrician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across various settings, including industrial and commercial environments. Your expertise will ensure that electrical infrastructure operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant codes and standards. Responsibilities Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in industrial and commercial facilities, ensuring adherence to NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) standards. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to accurately execute wiring and system setups. Conduct high-voltage electrical wiring work safely on construction sites or during renovation projects while following all electrical safety procedures. Install and maintain low voltage systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and industrial electrical components for automated processes. Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete electrical wiring tasks efficiently and accurately. Troubleshoot complex electrical systems involving industrial equipment or commercial electrical infrastructure to minimize downtime. Comply with local electrical codes and regulations during all phases of installation and maintenance work. Skills Proven experience as an electrician in industrial or commercial settings with a strong understanding of NFPA 70 (National Fire Protection Association standards) and NEC (National Electrical Code). Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, high-voltage wiring, low voltage applications, and renovation projects. Quality conduit and wire installations for commercial and industrial projects. Strong understanding on work safety and ability to work well with others. Experience working on construction sites or during renovation projects with a focus on safety procedures. Knowledge of local electrical codes combined with the ability to adapt work practices accordingly.
