Full Job Description Job Description:

The Electrician is responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems. When not working on electrical tasks, they will assist with general maintenance duties.

Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues Assist with general maintenance tasks (e.g., repairs, painting, landscaping) Collaborate with maintenance team to ensure community standards

Physical and Environmental Demands:

Must be able to lift 50 pounds Work in various environments (indoor/outdoor, temperatures vary) Stand, kneel, and climb for extended periods Wear PPE (personal protective equipment) as required Work at heights (laws and regulations apply)
