Job Description:
The Electrician is responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems. When not working on electrical tasks, they will assist with general maintenance duties.Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues
- Assist with general maintenance tasks (e.g., repairs, painting, landscaping)
- Collaborate with maintenance team to ensure community standards
Physical and Environmental Demands:
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Work in various environments (indoor/outdoor, temperatures vary)
- Stand, kneel, and climb for extended periods
- Wear PPE (personal protective equipment) as required
- Work at heights (laws and regulations apply)
Requirements:
- 2+ years of electrical experience
