You will gain valuable hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems, including HMIs, PLCs, sensors, drives, control panels, and automation technology. If you are passionate about the equipment assembly process—from interpreting schematics and solving complex electrical challenges to witnessing a machine transition from initial build to final startup—this position is an ideal match for your expertise. Primary Duties Construct and wire control panels by following engineering drawings and electrical schematics. Facilitate the installation and routing of cables, sensors, motors, and various electrical parts for automated machinery. Analyze and utilize electrical schematics, bills of material, and panel layouts for daily tasks. Execute point-to-point wiring for both field devices and control panels. Help ensure the long-term reliability of systems by mounting and wiring power supplies, PLCs, HMIs, circuit breakers, relays, and drives. Assist in the successful power-up and debugging of machines to ensure smooth operation during the startup phase. Identify and resolve electrical malfunctions during the build process to maintain project timelines. Promote a culture of safety by ensuring all electrical installations adhere to quality standards and regulatory codes. Foster team success by collaborating with assembly and engineering staff to guarantee machines meet all safety and operational specifications. Required Qualifications At least 3 years of professional experience as an industrial electrician or in electrical assembly within automation or manufacturing settings. Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting and applying electrical panel layouts and schematics. Practical, hands-on background in wiring automated equipment and control panels. Working knowledge of industrial components such as drives, sensors, HMIs, and PLC systems. Proven capability to diagnose and rectify complex electrical problems.
