Shift:
Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 2:45pm Core Responsibilities Guide and assist maintenance staff with daily automation and electrical troubleshooting tasks Maintain, repair, and upgrade electrical systems to ensure peak facility performance Operate and manage programmable controllers, VFDs, PWM drives, servo motors, and related hardware Perform diagnostics and repairs on pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems Utilize technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams for system analysis Execute preventative maintenance routines to extend the lifespan of manufacturing machinery Install and calibrate electrical controls and components Help minimize downtime by troubleshooting Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, Fanuc, and other automation platforms Support production efficiency by providing rapid response to equipment failures and emergency repairs Promote a culture of safety by adhering to all protocols and identifying potential workplace hazards Document all maintenance and repair activities to maintain accurate operational records Qualifications Four or more years of experience in automation, electrical maintenance, or industrial maintenance, or a relevant technical degree/certification Minimum of two years in a supervisory or lead technician role within a manufacturing setting Proficiency in interpreting complex electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Strong technical understanding of electrical repair and diagnostic methodologies Experience working with industrial automation and PLC systems is highly valued Familiarity with Motoman or Fanuc robotics is considered a plus Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
