Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Journeyman Electrician and play a key role in delivering high-quality electrical solutions across a variety of commercial and residential construction projects. In this hands-on role, you will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes and industry standards. Working alongside a skilled team, you will contribute your technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to quality craftsmanship to help deliver successful projects. Responsibilities
  • Install electrical systems, equipment, and devices according to plans, specifications, and applicable codes.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and construction drawings.
  • Install conduit (EMT, RMC, PVC, and flexible conduit), cable trays, wire, and electrical components.
  • Pull, terminate, and test electrical wiring and circuits.
  • Install and connect panels, transformers, switchgear, lighting, motors, controls, and related equipment.
  • Troubleshoot electrical problems and determine appropriate corrective actions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Coordinate work with supervisors, customers, subcontractors, and other trades.
  • Mentor and train apprentices in safe work practices and proper installation techniques.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of electrical installation and maintenance experience.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, installation methods, and construction practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
