Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Laborer to join our dynamic team in the electrical industry. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting electricians and electrical crews in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. This position performs general labor duties at customer homes, construction sites, and industrial or commercial facilities while ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies. Responsibilities Assist electricians with installing conduit, wiring, panels, lighting, and other electrical components Measure, cut, bend, and install conduit (EMT, PVC, rigid, etc.) Pull wire and cable through conduits and raceways Dig trenches and backfill for underground electrical systems Load, unload, and transport materials and tools Maintain clean and organized job sites Operate basic hand and power tools Perform other duties as assigned Skills Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for heavy lifting and construction-related tasks Excellent physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and performing manual labor tasks Join our team today to become an integral part of a vibrant workplace where your efforts directly contribute to operational success!
