Maintenance Technician (Electrical) — Mooresville, IN A sharp, high?impact role for someone who loves keeping a fast?moving production environment running at peak performance. This role puts you at the center of a busy manufacturing operation where your electrical and mechanical expertise directly drives production success. You'll keep processing equipment running smoothly, troubleshoot complex issues, support new product launches, and mentor junior techs — all with plenty of autonomy. What You'll Do Keep production and processing equipment operating efficiently to hit daily targets. Diagnose electrical/mechanical problems, replace components, and fine?tune machines for optimal performance. Collaborate with production teams on equipment needs for new product introductions. Perform intermediate?level troubleshooting and guide less experienced maintenance staff. Work across electrical systems up to 480V, including control circuits, VFDs, sensors, relays, and motor controls. Support installation, testing, and startup of new equipment. What You Bring Strong electrical troubleshooting skills: motors, control panels, VFDs, instrumentation, automated systems. Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, PLC documentation, and technical manuals. Solid understanding of LOTO and
NFPA 70E
safety practices. Preventive maintenance experience that reduces downtime and boosts reliability. 5+ years in maintenance or a related field; technical training or certifications a plus. Work Environment Active, hands?on role with climbing, crouching, reaching, and manual dexterity. Ability to lift up to 100lbs occasionally and work in varying environmental conditions.
