We are recruiting candidates for an Electrician Journeyman at our Hawthorn Generating Station. Please find below a list of the minimum requirements for the position. It is important the candidates address their qualifications in the documentation submitted for consideration.JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIANS
- Performs electrical maintenance on and repairs to all types of power plant equipment.
Experience :
Five years' experience in an electrical generation power plant or similar industrial concern with at least three years' experience working as a journeyman electrician or equivalent. Applicant must have successfully completed certified electrician apprenticeship or equivalent training. Successful completion of an electrician apprenticeship, equivalent experience, or equivalent training programs must be documented.General :
Demonstrable knowledge of AC and DC circuits and equipment, programmable logic controllers, and processors and the ability to read blueprints. Licensed to drive as required by state law.Essential Job Functions :
