Job Description

LOCATION
HAYS Fort Hays Tech | North Central is seeking an instructor for the Electrical Technology program on the Hays campus. This is an exciting opportunity to support a growing industry. Duties include providing state-of-the-art instruction, maintaining a safe and orderly learning environment and securing positive business and industry relationships. Electrical Technology is a two-year degree program preparing students for a career in the electrical industry. Students gain hands-on experience in electrical theory, residential and commercial electricity, industrial maintenance, and alternative energies. At the end of the program, students will be eligible to sit for the state Journeyman Electrician Licensure exam. The position will begin August 2026. Pay commensurate with qualifications, plus fringe benefits. Applications will be accepted until a qualified applicant is selected.
