Responsibilities:
Responsible for the following with supervisory oversight: Responsible for general and routine maintenance including: light electrical, refrigeration, and HVAC, etc. Responsible for staging and loading all non-bulk shipments. Fabricate components from blueprints Machinery assembly and disassembly Preventative Maintenance (PM's) and repairs GMP Compliance Ability to perform maintenance on Refrigeration. Load/unload trucks, trailers, and containers (not including bulk tankers). Must be able to follow all safety requirements. May be responsible for assisting with the installation of equipment. Work with other departments such as, but not limited to; Quality Control, Production, Inventory, Customer Service, Purchasing, and R D. May need to be available to be on-call.
Qualifications:
Education High School degree with minimal 1-2 years of related experience Knowledge of warehousing operations is essential. Ability to operate a forklift and other material handling or support equipment used in warehousing. Must be able to troubleshoot and problem solve. Time management skills. Basic Technical skills, including: machine repair, piping, machine rigging, HVAC, etc. Basic electrical troubleshooting skills. Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals. Qualified with Lockout-Tagout, Confined Space, Hot-Work Procedures, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). We are an equal opportunity employer.
