Job Description
Pay rate:
$25.00/hr. Eligible for Paid Time off and 401 (k) after 90 days Benefits after 60 days: Health, Dental and Life Insurance Overtime may be required based on production needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Install electrical wiring, devices, panels, and components in modular home units according to production plans and work instructions Pull, route, and secure electrical wiring through framed walls, floors, and ceilings Install outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, junction boxes, and breakers Assist with panel assembly, labeling, and circuit layout Read and follow basic electrical diagrams, blueprints, and layout markings Perform visual inspections and basic testing to verify proper installation Identify and report defects or quality concerns to supervisors Coordinate work with framing, plumbing, HVAC, and insulation teams Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow OSHA safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and company safety policies Meet production timelines while maintaining safety and quality expectations Perform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Proven experience as an electrical technician for 1 to 2 years Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic math skills and ability to measure accurately Working experience in residential electrical installation.
