Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings. Your expertise in electrical work, high voltage systems, and blueprint reading will be essential in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical equipment.Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in accordance with local codes and regulations
- Perform electrical inspections to identify potential issues or hazards
- Troubleshoot electrical problems and implement effective solutions
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
Requirements:
- Electrician license or equivalent certification
- Proven experience as an Electrician in commercial or industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage systems
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Familiarity with National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations
- Ability to use hand tools and specialized equipment for electrical work
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
