search for an Industrial Maintenance Technician

Rotating 3/4 schedule — work only 14-15 days per month Strong growth and bonus potential with a successful manufacturing company Job Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment Troubleshoot 24V-480V electrical systems , motors, motor starters, transformers and industrial controls Troubleshoot PLCs, ladder logic, I/O, VFDs, servo drives and communication systems Diagnose and repair sensors and controls including photo eyes, proximity sensors, relays, limit switches, solenoids and encoders Maintain and repair motors, gearboxes, pumps, fans, conveyors and timing belts Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints and wiring diagrams Support automated and robotic production equipment Document maintenance activities and repairs using a CMMS Partner with production and maintenance teams on equipment reliability and improvement projects Qualifications 3+ years of industrial maintenance or equivalent apprenticeship experience Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with PLCs, VFDs, motors, drives and industrial equipment Ability to troubleshoot 24V-480V electrical systems and read electrical schematics High school diploma/GED required #LP
