Job requirements Minimum 4 years of commercial electrical experience in a supervisory or leadership role Valid Kentucky Journeyman Electrician License Willingness and ability to travel frequently throughout Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, electrical installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, repairs, and safety procedures Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation Experience leading crews, managing projects, and maintaining quality workmanship Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Commitment to following all applicable safety regulations and electrical codes Morris Heating and Cooling is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
