Western Kentucky / Northwest Tennessee Job Summary Reliable Electric LLC is looking for an experienced Commercial Electrician who can independently run jobs, manage crews, and handle complex control work on commercial projects. This role is hands-on in the field with responsibility for layout, installation, troubleshooting, and safe operation of excavation and material-handling equipment.​ Must be able to work any shift. Responsibilities Run and manage commercial electrical jobs from layout to final punch list. Run and manage other employees both electricians and helpers on job site. Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and conduit layouts. Lay out and install interior, exterior, and underground conduit (EMT, PVC, rigid, etc.). Perform underground layout, trenching, backfill coordination, and raceway installation. Install and wire panels, switchgear, feeders, lighting, equipment, and receptacles. Install, terminate, and troubleshoot motor controls and complex control wiring . Operate excavators, skid steers, tuggers, lifts, and related equipment safely. Perform rigging and equipment setting for electrical gear and large equipment. Lead and train apprentices and helpers; coordinate with GCs and other trades.​ Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and company safety policies. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience running jobs.​ Strong experience with conduit installation, underground work, and equipment operation. Proven experience with control wiring, motor controls, and troubleshooting. Ability to read and work from prints with minimal supervision. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Kentucky or Tennessee electrical license preferred (Journeyman or Master). Pay & Benefits Depending on experience and licensing. Paid vacation and paid holidays after eligibility period.
