Industrial Electrician Schedule:

Rotating 12-hour

Dupont Schedule Day Shift:

6:00 AM - 6:00

PM Night Shift:

6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Initial training on day shift for up to 3 months

Job Overview:

Seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical systems in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. This role supports critical production equipment including electric arc furnaces, bucket elevators, augers, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment Work with motor controls, VFDs, DC motors, and electrical wiring Read and interpret electrical schematics Perform preventive maintenance and equipment repairs Install and wire electrical components Conduct basic PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley preferred) Maintain accurate maintenance documentation Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

Qualifications:

Strong industrial electrical troubleshooting experience Ability to read electrical schematics Experience with VFDs, motor controls, and industrial maintenance Basic PLC troubleshooting skills Electrical Journeyman certification preferred Manufacturing or heavy industrial maintenance experience preferred Ability to work in a dirty, heavy industrial environment Why Join Us?
