Job Summary We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Electrician Helpers and Electricians to join our dynamic electrical team. In this role, you will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across various construction sites and commercial environments. Your energetic approach and commitment to safety will help ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with all relevant electrical codes and safety protocols. Responsibilities Assist experienced electricians in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems, including commercial and industrial electrical setups. Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to support accurate wiring and system installation. Use hand tools, power tools, conduit benders, voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing equipment to perform precise work. Prepare wiring routes by bending conduit, pulling electrical wiring, and ensuring proper connections according to NEC (National Electrical Code) standards. Follow strict electrical safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe work environment on construction sites or within commercial facilities. Support the installation of low voltage and high voltage electrical systems while adhering to NFPA 70 compliance standards. Assist in the reading of blueprints and schematics for complex electrical systems, ensuring accurate implementation of designs. Requirements Prior experience as an electrician helper or electrician in industrial or commercial settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of electrical schematic reading, blueprint interpretation, and electrical wiring techniques. Familiarity with NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) standards for safe electrical installations. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, voltmeters, ohmmeters, conduit benders, and other electrical testing equipment safely and effectively. Experience working on construction sites with a focus on electrical system installation and troubleshooting. Knowledge of safety procedures related to high voltage, low voltage, and general electrical work environments. Construction experience including frame carpentry is a plus for supporting structural aspects of installations. Strong understanding of schematics for commercial electrical systems and ability to interpret electrical blueprints accurately. Pay:
$18.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
