$18-$24 per hour (based on experience) Job Overview Steadfast Electric LLC is looking for a motivated and dependable Junior Electrician to join our growing commercial team. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn the electrical trade and gain hands-on experience on commercial projects while working under experienced electricians. Responsibilities- Assist with installation of electrical systems in commercial buildings
- Run conduit, pull wire, and install outlets, switches, panels, and lighting
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and schematics
- Support troubleshooting and repair of electrical issues
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe job site
- Follow all safety regulations and NEC standards
- Work closely with journeyman electricians and supervisors Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of electrical experience or related training preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and hand tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied environments
- Reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications
- Enrollment in an electrical apprenticeship program
- Experience on commercial construction job sites
- Familiarity with NEC guidelines
