We have a dream team of office employees who are dedicated to making your life easier from the Warehouse to Dispatch & Customer Service, to Marketing and HR Job Duties Read blueprints, electrical schematics, and drawings to understand or plan the layout of electrical systems. Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, fixtures, and controls in accordance with applicable codes. Diagnose electrical issues using testing devices, meters, and diagnostic equipment. Install and maintain electrical service panels, breakers, disconnects, and distribution equipment. Install and maintain lighting systems, switches, receptacles, GFCI/AFCI devices, and controls. Install and maintain generators, transfer switches, surge protection devices, and EV charging systems. Inspect electrical systems and components to identify hazards, defects, and code violations. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and light industrial facilities. Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment. Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and company standards. Communicate findings, recommendations, and repair options with customers. Complete service documentation, work orders, and inspection reports accurately. Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory. Participate in on-call rotation and emergency service calls as required. Skills Proven experience as a Journeyman Electrician. Solid understanding of residential, commercial, and light industrial electrical systems. Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC). Working knowledge of electrical distribution systems, service equipment, branch circuits, lighting systems, and controls. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams. Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently and accurately. Proficiency with electrical testing equipment, including multimeters, clamp meters, megohmmeters, and circuit analyzers. Ability to safely operate electrical tools and equipment. Strong customer service and communication skills. Friendly, professional demeanor with a great deal of patience. Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces, attics, crawlspaces, and on ladders. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently. Diploma from a trade school or successful completion of an electrical apprenticeship. Valid Journeyman Electrician License. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and insurable driving record. Valid Kentucky Journeyman Electrician License. Minimum 2+ years of electrical service experience preferred. Ability to operate and maintain electrical tools, testing equipment, and service vehicles. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Ability to identify problems and provide effective solutions. Excellent communication skills with customers and team members. Knowledge of electrical safety practices, OSHA requirements, and
NFPA 70E
standards. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Ability to work overtime and participate in an on-call rotation when required. Preferred Qualifications Kentucky Master Electrician License. Generator installation experience. EV charger installation experience. Commercial service experience. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification. Experience using service software, tablets, and digital work order systems. Experience presenting repair and upgrade options to customers. Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
