Must complete the first week of training in Lexington, KY About the Opportunity We are hiring a Lead Electrician to join a growing electrical contractor specializing in commercial electrical installations, thermostat controls, and access control systems . This is a role for someone who enjoys running projects, mentoring others, and delivering high-quality work on commercial job sites. You'll be provided a company truck and trailer and will be paired with a dedicated Electrical Helper to assist with installations and daily project tasks. Most projects will be 2-4 days and will move to the next project since it is specialized work. Responsibilities Lead commercial electrical installation projects from start to finish Install and troubleshoot electrical systems, controls, and devices Install and configure thermostat control systems and access control equipment Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings Coordinate daily work activities with your assigned Electrical Helper Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to code Communicate with customers, project managers, and other trades on-site Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment Qualifications 7+ years of commercial electrical experience preferred Experience leading crews or working as a foreman/lead electrician Knowledge of thermostat controls, low-voltage systems, and access controls is highly preferred Ability to read blueprints and electrical drawings Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to travel throughout Louisville, Lexington, and Northern Kentucky as needed Why Join Us?

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
