The ideal candidate will possess strong electrical expertise and be a self starter capable of running a job with little to no direction. This role offers the opportunity to work on renovations, new construction, and other various jobs in our Special Projects department. Candidates should have a solid background in electrical wiring, fixture and conduit installation, troubleshooting, NEC standards, and the use of various hand and power tools. Prior experience in a residential background is highly valued. Requirements Proven experience as a residential electrician, with a strong understanding of electrical codes (NEC) Ability to work safely with low voltage and high voltage systems in various environments Proficiency with hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers, as well as power tools like drills and saws Construction site experience preferred, including familiarity with framing carpentry or the interaction of other trades (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, etc.) with electrical Knowledge of blueprint reading for electrical layouts and schematics interpretation Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting electrical issues efficiently Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced renovation or construction projects Benefits Competitive pay with annual raises based on performance Health, dental, and vision insurance packages 401k with 4% company match Paid holidays (7) Paid Time Off (PTO) Bereavement Pay Maternity/Paternity Leave Life Insurance Company Vehicle with fuel card
