This role is crucial to our maintenance department, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our heavy machinery and engines. Perform both corrective and preventive electrical maintenance on equipment. Troubleshoot and repair electrical components of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic industrial equipment. Analyze operational reports and electrical schematics to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. Develop and implement operating policies and procedures to optimize resource use and ensure a safe work environment. Ensure compliance with department policies, procedures, and all relevant laws and regulations. Implement and monitor projects impacting specific functions, ensuring objectives and timelines are met. Support company safety initiatives and promptly report all incidents through the company's reporting protocol. Proficiency in English and basic math skills. Proven experience in performing electrical maintenance activities safely and efficiently. Ability to develop and implement preventative electrical maintenance programs. Experience in reviewing, updating, and utilizing electrical schematics and computer programs. Understanding of basic operational principles and practices.
