Complete Logistical Services Job Description Complete Logistical Services is excited to announce a job opening for skilled Electricians. This contract/temporary position is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to apply their expertise in a dynamic, hands-on environment. The role is based in Metairie, LA, and is not eligible for remote work. Candidates will be engaged in a 6-month temporary project focusing on commercial electrical installations and related construction tasks. The selected electricians will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our capabilities, ensuring high standards of electrical safety and efficiency. This position offers a chance to work alongside seasoned professionals in the field and gain valuable experience, with the potential for significant overtime work. Duties and Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in commercial buildings. Install and terminate electrical wiring, conduit, boxes, fixtures, and equipment. Pull and route wire and cable according to project requirements. Read and interpret electrical plans, blueprints, and schematics. Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment safely. Assist with electrical rough-in and finish work. Troubleshoot electrical systems and identify potential issues. Measure, cut, bend, and install conduit as needed. Work with Electrical Helpers and other members of the construction team. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all OSHA, company, and job-site safety requirements. Perform other electrical duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements Previous commercial electrical experience required. Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and blueprints. Knowledge of electrical codes, materials, and installation practices. Ability to safely operate basic hand and power tools. Strong understanding of electrical safety procedures. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to work overtime as needed.
