Journeyman Electrician Flammard Solutions, LLC Metairie, LA Job Details Temporary | Contract $25 - $40 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Master Plumber Journeyman Plumber Fixture installation Pipe installation Materials handling Full Job Description Experienced Licensed Electrician — Duplex Rehab (Metairie) Rehabbing a two-unit duplex in Metairie and need a licensed electrician for service, device, and circuit work across both units. Scoped into defined packages, paid per package on completion and inspection. Scope of work Service panel evaluation and any needed upgrade — likely two panels (one per unit) Devices throughout both units — outlets, switches, fixtures Dedicated circuits for appliances (both kitchens/laundry) Disconnects and whips for two new A/C condensers (coordinate with the mechanical contractor) Code corrections —
GFCI/AFCI
protection and grounding as required What you need to have Jefferson Parish licensed electrician, or able to work under a Jefferson Parish licensed master who can pull the filing Ability to pull the Jefferson Parish electrical filing and carry the work through inspection Your own tools and transportation Certificate of insurance — general liability and workers' comp (or a valid comp exemption) References from recent comparable jobs Terms 1099 independent contractor; W-9 before first payment Priced per package — send me your number per scope item or a bundled bid Paid on completion and passed inspection of each package To respond: reply with your license number/type, a couple of recent jobs, your insurance status, and your availability over the next 60-90 days.
