Role Overview We are seeking skilled and motivated licensed Electricians and/or apprentices to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across various commercial and residential settings. Your expertise will ensure that electrical operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently, supporting our commitment to safety and excellence in every project. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse electrical systems, including high-voltage wiring, industrial automation, and building infrastructure, all while adhering to strict safety standards. Responsibilities Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial environments using hand tools and power tools. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to accurately execute wiring and system layouts. Conduct electrical diagnostics using tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters to identify faults or inefficiencies. Perform high-voltage electrical wiring tasks safely in accordance with NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) standards and local electrical codes. Maintain compliance with NFPA 70 (National Fire Protection Association standards) and NEC (National Electrical Code) regulations during all electrical work. Troubleshoot complex electrical systems including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), low voltage controls, and industrial automation equipment. Work on construction sites or renovation projects involving electrical wiring, schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, and schematic troubleshooting. Ensure all work adheres to electrical safety procedures to prevent hazards or accidents on-site. Collaborate with other trades such as frame carpentry or handyman services during renovation or construction projects as needed. Requirements Proven experience as an electrician in residential or commercial settings. Demonstrated ability to read electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately. Hands-on experience with high-voltage electrical wiring and low voltage systems. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, multimeters, and power tools safely. Knowledge of local electrical codes including NFPA 70 (NEC) standards for safe installation practices. Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing complex electrical issues efficiently. Experience working on construction sites or renovation projects involving electrical work. Ability to interpret schematics and blueprints effectively for accurate installation or repair tasks. Excellent safety awareness with a commitment to following all electrical safety procedures at all times. Relevant certifications such as electrician license or equivalent are preferred; additional training in high-voltage wiring is advantageous.
