Position Overview We are seeking licensed Journeyman Electricians with a range of experience to fill critical field leadership roles across our growing divisions. Whether your expertise lies in high-end residential projects, complex commercial construction, or fast-paced service and troubleshooting, we have a leadership track for you. We are hiring for the following tiers:

Residential Lead Electrician:

Responsible for executing residential projects (new construction, renovations, service upgrades) to high code standards while mentoring apprentices.

Construction Lead Electrician:

Responsible for executing commercial and residential construction projects to scope, schedule, and labor budget.

Electrical Foreman:

Our highest field leader in the Construction Division, responsible for running large crews, managing project margins, and executing complex commercial and residential builds.

Performance Objectives & Key Responsibilities Field Leadership:

Open every workday with a focused crew goal meeting covering daily targets, assignments, and safety protocols.

Execution Excellence:

Deliver craftsmanship that meets NEC requirements, ensuring a first-attempt inspection pass rate of at least 95%.

Administrative Discipline:

Maintain accurate daily job reports in CRM software, documenting crew hours, materials installed, and task progress milestones.

Proactive Planning:

Manage running material lists and coordinate with Field Logistics to eliminate last-minute orders and avoid project delays.

Apprentice Mentorship:

Actively teach, develop, and sign off on daily activity reports for assigned apprentices in real-time.

Client & GC Relations:

Maintain professional, cooperative relationships with homeowners, general contractors, and site superintendents.

Service & Upsell Tracking:

Identify out-of-scope work or changed conditions immediately, reporting them to leadership for authorization and sourcing potential upsell opportunities.

Required Education, Experience & Skills License :

Valid Massachusetts Electrician license is strictly required.

Certifications :

OSHA 10 required for Residential roles; OSHA 30 required (or obtained within 90 days) for Construction and Foreman roles.

Experience Tiers :

Lead Electrician Roles :

Minimum 3-4 years of residential or commercial electrical construction/service experience required.

Foreman Role :

Minimum 5 years of electrical construction experience with a proven track record of leading larger field crews on active sites required.

Technical Proficiency :

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, electrical plans, and technical project estimates.

Logistics :

Valid Massachusetts driver's license with a clean driving record required.

Software :

Experience with CRM software, time tracking, or field management platforms preferred. Physical Requirements Regularly lift and carry tools, materials, and equipment up to 75 lbs. Work at heights on ladders and scaffolding, as well as in confined spaces, attics, and crawl spaces. Sustained physical activity throughout the workday in varying Central Massachusetts weather conditions.
