RCA is looking to hire a Licensed Electrician for generator installations and electrical service work. Electrician Job Summary/Objective:

• To promote and adhere to company performance expectations through positive and consistent customer interaction.
• The Electrician must be able to balance and prioritize work and ensure quality production output.
• The Electrician reports directly to the General Manager.
• This position is based out of the Mashpee, MA location.
• The Electrician must ensure that required electrical work for installations and any other related electrical work is done to code and to our customers' satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carry out Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) as directed.

These KPI's include but may not be limited to:

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Carry out allowed electrical work necessary to Install commercial and residential generators and related equipment at jobsites.
• Electrical troubleshooting.
• Electrical Service Upgrades.
• Perform any additional related or requested electrical work.
• Perform site work related to generator installations including, but not limited to:
• Trenching
• Landscaping
• Concrete work
• Snow removal
• Order materials for installations and monitor inventory levels
• Stock and maintain assigned vehicles with a sufficient supply of electrical material, parts and tools..
• Must use all required Personal Protective Equipment at each job site.
• Submit, in a timely manner, complete & submit daily and weekly paperwork such as time sheets, inspection reports and any other necessary paperwork.
• Participate in meetings, as directed.
• Report areas of concern to the Director of Operations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

• Current MA Journeyman or Master Electrician license and ability to obtain licensing with other states if asked.
• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Technical Capacity.

• Ability to work as directed and within the scope of practice to make decisions to support the Company's stated goals.
• Exceptional communication skills. (Written, verbal)
• Ability to work as part of a team to ensure that customer expectations are met.

• Technical trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills. Reading and legible writing of the English language is essential for this position. Consistent demonstration of a positive attitude, with the ability to always remain professional and courteous. Must be able to prioritize, organize work, manage time, and work unsupervised. Keen sense of urgency and attention to details.
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced and potentially stressful environment. Licenses

Work Conditions/Environment:

While in the office, the employee will work in a well-lit environment and will be exposed to low levels of noise, with a temperate climate and may operate office equipment, as needed, or directed. While in the warehouse, the employee will work in a well-lit environment and will be exposed to moderate noise levels, cool, or elevated temperatures, dust, fumes or smells, chemicals, and moving mechanical equipment. While in the field, the employee shall be exposed to all types of extreme weather conditions and shall operate a vehicle for extended periods of time to reach job sites.

Must be able to read and write in the English Language. Carry objects up to 100 feet, Kneeling/crawling, Team lifting of up to 200 lbs. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Hours of work and days will be Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 4pm. Longer days or weekend work may be required, as job duties demand. Travel is primarily throughout Cape Cod, and is limited to a normal business day, however, occasional out-of-the-area travel and overnight stay may be expected.

• Participation in all emergency evacuation drills is required, which may include the use of strobe lighting and loud sirens.
