Pat Ryan Electric is looking for an experienced MA Licensed Electrician to join our local Northborough-based team serving Northborough, Marlborough, Westborough, Worcester and surrounding communities. $38

• 45 per hour , based on experience and qualifications Health insurance contribution Paid time off Paid holidays Full-time, year-round work Overtime opportunities Local work — primarily MetroWest and Worcester area Variety of residential and commercial projects Work directly with the owner and an experienced team Opportunity for increased responsibility and advancement About the Position You will work on a variety of residential and commercial electrical projects, including new construction, renovations, service work, troubleshooting, additions, and electrical upgrades.

We are looking for an electrician who can: Perform electrical installations safely and according to the Massachusetts Electrical Code Troubleshoot electrical problems and identify solutions Work independently and manage jobs efficiently Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and other members of the team Maintain a clean and organized work area Take pride in quality workmanship Help guide and mentor less-experienced electricians and apprentices when needed What We're Looking For Valid Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Electrician License required 4+ years of electrical experience preferred Strong residential and/or commercial electrical experience Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently Valid driver's license and good driving record Reliable, professional, and dependable Good communication and customer-service skills Must be comfortable working from a company vehicle and traveling to local job sites We are more interested in finding the right electrician than simply filling a position.
