Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Maintenance and Production Technician to join our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of production lines and maintaining the integrity of plant equipment. Your expertise in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, and mechanical troubleshooting will drive efficiency, safety, and quality across our operations. Duties Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Conduct repairs involving welding, HVAC/R systems, high voltage electrical components, and low voltage controls. Operate field service tools such as fork lifts and other industrial machinery safely to access hard-to-reach areas. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for precise repairs and installations. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve equipment reliability through troubleshooting of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), hydraulics, and pneumatic systems. Provide excellent customer service by supporting production teams with timely repairs to minimize downtime. Maintain safety standards by adhering to electrical diagnostics protocols, high voltage procedures, and industrial safety regulations. Willing to learn all aspects of production and be open to overseeing first shift and/or second shift Qualifications Proven experience working in manufacturing facilities with a strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices. Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), welding, and electrical blueprint reading. Skilled in electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting electrical systems including high voltage and low voltage circuits. Familiarity with industrial electrician responsibilities including equipment repair, electrical maintenance, and analysis skills. Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), hydraulics, pneumatics, and schematics interpretation. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by industrial mechanic experience for effective troubleshooting of complex machinery. Field service experience supporting manufacturing operations with customer service orientation. Knowledge of safety standards related to welding ( welding if applicable), electrical systems, high voltage procedures, and industrial maintenance protocols.
