Zeronet USA is a fast-growing energy efficiency company making a meaningful impact across the DMV region. Headquartered in the greater Baltimore area, we deliver high-performance solutions for commercial and multifamily properties. Our work includes commercial lighting retrofits, advanced lighting system upgrades, building envelope improvements, EV charging station installations, tenant fit-outs, and full-scope electrical work- and we're growing into HVAC services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and work alongside a team of electricians and technicians on commercial lighting and electrical projects
- Oversee day-to-day job site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Ensure all installations comply with NEC standards, company quality expectations, and job site safety requirements
- Track and document daily production, including labor, materials, and completed work
- Communicate regularly with project managers about project progress, timelines, and any challenges or changes in scope
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs
- Support, mentor, and develop team members by setting clear expectations and leading by example
What You Bring:
- 4+ years of experience
- Active Maryland journeyman license (required
- Strong leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, industry standards, and safe operation of tools, lifts, and scaffolding
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems (low and high voltage
- Experience working on commercial and industrial electrical projects
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and schedules
- Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, and balance
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for take-home vehicle eligibility)
