7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (2-2-3 schedule) Job Summary Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install industrial electrical systems and equipment to support safe and efficient manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Troubleshoot PLCs using basic and ladder logic. Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and electrical schematics. Install wiring, conduit, power supplies, and electrical equipment. Perform preventive maintenance and complete work orders using maintenance software. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Update electrical schematics and equipment documentation. Support continuous improvement initiatives and train junior electricians. Follow all safety, quality, and GMP standards. High School Diploma or GED required. 5+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience or equivalent trade school/apprenticeship training. Strong knowledge of PLCs, industrial controls, instrumentation, and the National Electrical Code (NEC). Ability to read and troubleshoot electrical schematics and blueprints. Experience with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Proficient with multimeters, hand tools, and power tools. Experience with preventive maintenance and work order systems; SAP experience preferred. Associate Degree in Electronics Technology or electrical trade training preferred. Ability to obtain Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) certification.
