Requirements Minimum of 8 years professional electrical experience in the commercial, residential and property management environments Professional license Preferred (we will assist you in acquiring) Background and drug screen required Positive attitude Professional appearance Electrical experience, including working with schematics Proficiency in using hand tools, voltmeter, and ohmmeter Familiarity with low voltage systems and NEC regulations Previous experience in residential service and/or commercial service electrician roles Competency in electrical duties Basic code compliant wiring Circuits and lighting Site & LED lighting Cooperative Interaction with Fellow Employees Ability to keep a neat personal appearance and a neat vehicle Leadership by Action Electrical Troubleshooting Ability to read prints or schematics Perform work safely and conscientiously Maintain accurate and detailed records Benefits $30-$40 per hour based upon experience & licensing $2,500.00 Sign-on Bonus Take Home Company Vehicle 401(k) & 401(k) matching Health, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance 2 Weeks Paid Time Off Accrual to Start Referral program Tuition reimbursement and electrical licensing sponsorship with approval Great career growth potential (Promote from Within)
