We can put the right candidate to work immediately. Key Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in commercial settings (e.g., medical suites, offices, warehouses). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics. Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred. Proficient in using hand and power tools. Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you are not a canidate for a company vehicle, you must have your own transportation and be able to move around Maryland, DC and Northern Virginia. Must have your own tools to be able to start and complete a standard commercial office renovation.

$28.00 - $45.00 per hour
