We handle ongoing maintenance for more than 100 properties, plus commercial, retail, and builder projects. We also specialize in aluminum-to-copper rewiring for condominium and HOA communities. We're growing and want skilled techs who take pride in clean, safe, code-compliant work. What You'll Do Troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical systems in condos, apartments, and commercial/retail spaces Running new wire and installing receptacles, switches, and panels Handle scheduled and on-call maintenance jobs for property management clients Treat residents' homes with respect, keep job sites clean, and represent Pirro professionally Keep accurate notes on work completed and materials used What We're Looking For [3+] years of hands-on electrical experience (residential and/or commercial) [Journeyman license in VA, MD, or DC preferred / Apprentices with strong experience considered] Proficient English speaking skills (Spanish is a +) Solid knowledge of the NEC and local codes Able to read schematics and troubleshoot independently Valid driver's license & reliable transportation Able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in attics and crawl spaces Reliable, on time, and good with customers and property managers

Bonus:
