We're growing steadily and looking for skilled electricians to help us keep serving our extensive customer base at the highest industry standards. Our work is approximately 80% residential and 20% commercial — electrical upgrades, renovations, buildouts, and repairs. We're looking for mature, experienced electricians as well as smart, motivated apprentices who want to build a long-term career with a supportive, professional team. Responsibilities Plan layout, assemble, install, maintain, and test electrical equipment, lighting, and devices in residential and commercial settings Complete electrical upgrades, renovations, and new construction wiring for homes and commercial offices Diagnose and resolve issues with existing wiring, fixtures, and devices — experience with older wiring systems is a strong plus Apply knowledge of the National Electrical Code and perform load/circuit calculations as needed Communicate clearly with colleagues and customers about work completed and remaining Complete accurate paperwork and documentation for the office (strong writing, math, and attention to detail required) Organize and prioritize work to meet project timelines, including preparing materials in advance of jobs Stay current on industry knowledge and safety practices through ongoing training and technical publications Qualifications Journeyman electrician license required 4+ years of relevant residential/commercial electrical experience Clean driving record; must pass background check and drug screening Strong communication and customer service skills Fluent in English Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (documentation required) Compensation & Benefits Company vehicle 401(k) with company match Health insurance Paid time off / personal leave Employee discount Professional development assistance and tuition reimbursement Final compensation package will be determined based on the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate.
