We're expanding our team and looking for a Commercial Electrical Foreman who can lead projects with confidence and integrity. About the Role As a Working Foreman , you'll take charge of commercial electrical projects from start to finish — ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to code. You'll lead a crew in the field, coordinate daily operations, and set the standard for craftsmanship and professionalism.
What You Bring Experience:
4+ years in commercial and/or residential electrical work (Journeyman License preferred).
Skillset:
Strong background in wiring, troubleshooting, trim installation, and fixture setup.
Knowledge:
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and apply the National Electrical Code (NEC) confidently.
Leadership:
Proven ability to manage teams, maintain schedules, and deliver quality results.
Communication:
Clear, professional communication skills — both written and verbal. (Spanish-speaking applicants are highly encouraged to apply.)
Requirements:
