$24.86 / hour Job Description Industrial Electrician Responsibilities Ensure that all electrical systems are maintained in good working order in an effort to maximize the efficiency of mill equipment Installing, repairing, troubleshooting and maintaining electrical motors, scanners, drives, and PLC's on equipment used in the sawmill process Responding to requests from both the Production Supervisors and the Maintenance Supervisors Committing to and always promoting the use of safe practices
Qualifications Education Preferred:
Associate's Degree in Electrical Technology or an equivalent apprenticeship Including Military Occupation Courses, experience, or apprenticeships
Years of Experience Required:
2-5 years of experience in maintenance in an industrial environment Strong troubleshooting abilities with electrical controls, power distribution (high and low voltage), programmable logic controllers and variable frequency drives is essential Ability to work a rotating shift Previous sawmill experience is considered an asset Ability to work independently or part of a team is a must Apply online at WWW.projectstaffingllc.com or call the Office (207) 760-6767
