Master Electrician- PART TIME

About us Aurora Roofing & Solar is a growing business out Farmington, ME. We serve all of central and western Maine, and are moving into the coastal Maine market. We install roof top and small ground mounted solar systems.

Varying locations with beautiful views Full safety precautions Positive and good humored workers! We are seeking an innovative and hardworking Master Electrician to join our team. The successful applicants will work with a team to complete residential and commercial solar installations. The ideal candidate has experience with solar PV systems including Enphase, Solaredge, and SolArk. An applicant for this position would be responsible for installing new PV electrical systems and teaching helpers within our in-house apprenticeship program.
Responsibilities:
Follow all applicable safety standards. Become familiar with the NEC code 690 for PV systems. Become familiar with NABCEP job task analysis. Follow all applicable OSHA regulations. Install, repair, and troubleshoot PV systems. Locate, cut, and splice wires and cables. Read diagrams to ensure adherence to system plans.

$60.00 per hour
