Join a Growing Sawmill & Pallet Manufacturing Operation We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our maintenance team at a fast-paced pallet manufacturing and sawmill facility. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on electrical work and advanced troubleshooting. One day you may be programming a PLC, diagnosing a VFD issue, or planning a system upgrade. The next day you may be bending conduit, pulling wire, installing motors, or helping complete a plant improvement project. • Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems.
• Program, modify, and diagnose PLC-controlled equipment.
• Configure and troubleshoot VFDs and motor control systems.
• Plan and execute electrical improvement projects.
• Install conduit, pull wire, and complete electrical installations.
• Troubleshoot sensors, motors, starters, relays, and control circuits.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Work closely with operations and maintenance personnel to improve equipment reliability.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and emergency repairs as needed. What We're Looking For
• Industrial electrical experience in manufacturing, sawmill, wood products, or related production environment preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, and automated equipment.
• Ability to manage projects from concept through installation while supporting day-to-day maintenance needs.
• Self-motivated individual who takes pride in equipment reliability, quality work, and supporting a team-driven operation.

Hourly Pay Range:

$32.00 - $44.00 dollars an hour dependent on experience
