Electrical Maintenance Technician (480V, VFD) 3rd Shift

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to support troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of automated production equipment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with 480V systems, VFDs, and electrical components at the circuit level. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic equipment Work on automated production machinery and minimize downtime Diagnose complex electrical issues and implement safe solutions Perform installation and minor mechanical repairs Support maintenance team across departments as needed Required Skills Experience working with 480 Volt systems Hands-on experience with VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) and scales Strong troubleshooting skills (component/circuit-level preferred) Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong communication and teamwork skills Basic mechanical aptitude and computer literacy Additional Requirements Ability to work independently and take initiative Strong problem-solving mindset Commitment to safety and quality work
