One of our manufacturing clients is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Industrial Electrician to support plant operations at their facility in Dundee, MI location.

Pay Rate:

$42/hr - $44/hr

Continental Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems and production equipment Install and service electrical wiring, motors, control panels, drives, and PLC-controlled equipment Diagnose electrical issues and perform corrective actions to minimize downtime Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical systems and machinery Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, electrical codes, and company safety procedures

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred 3-6 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment Journeyman-level electrical certification/training preferred, or equivalent hands-on industrial electrical experience Strong understanding of electrical systems, controls, motors, drives, and troubleshooting techniques Experience reading electrical schematics and technical documentation Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting and automated equipment preferred
