Responsibilities:

Install, replace, and upgrade residential electrical systems and equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in residential homes. Complete electrical installations according to local codes and company standards. Communicate effectively with homeowners and provide exceptional customer service. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately. Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in confined spaces, including attics, crawl spaces, and basements. Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and climb for extended periods. Ability to work at heights using ladders and elevated platforms. Manual dexterity to safely operate tools and equipment. Ability to work in various weather conditions when required.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4+ years of residential electrical installation experience required. Electrical license preferred. Experience with service upgrades, panel replacements, rewiring, and residential electrical installations preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
