We are a locally owned residential electrical service company backed by a nationally recognized home-services brand. We are hiring a highly experienced Michigan Journeyman Electrician with strong technical ability, sound troubleshooting skills, and the confidence to work independently. Residential service experience is valuable, but we are also interested in experienced commercial, industrial, maintenance, generator, construction, and service electricians who are ready to apply their skills in a professional residential environment. Compensation and Benefits $44-$48 per hour in guaranteed base pay $91,500-$99,800 in annual base wages $5,000 signing bonus Overtime opportunities Performance-based incentives Health and dental insurance Fully stocked take-home company truck Company-paid fuel card Company tablet Paid uniforms Residential-service and customer-experience training Steady, year-round work Advancement and technical leadership opportunities What You'll Do Troubleshoot, repair, replace, and install residential electrical systems. Complete panel, service, circuit, wiring, device, and fixture work. Identify safety and code concerns and explain solutions clearly to homeowners. Document each job with accurate notes, photos, and invoices. Protect the customer's home and complete all work safely and professionally. Help establish field standards and support future technicians as the team grows. What We're Looking For We are looking for a technically strong journeyman who takes pride in doing electrical work correctly. The ideal candidate may come from residential service, commercial construction, industrial maintenance, generators, facilities, controls, or another skilled electrical environment. What matters most is strong electrical knowledge, independent problem-solving, professionalism, and a willingness to learn our residential-service process. You do not need to be a salesperson. You must be able to explain what you found, answer homeowner questions, and recommend safe, appropriate solutions. Qualifications Active Michigan Journeyman Electrician license Strong troubleshooting, code knowledge, and independent decision-making Residential, commercial, industrial, generator, maintenance, or service experience Professional communication and comfort working in occupied homes Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to use a tablet for job documentation Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus Why Join Us Early?
