3007316724-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Kellanova seeks an Industrial Maintenance Electrician to support our high-volume manufacturing operations. In this role, you will install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems on production and packaging equipment to maximize uptime and product quality. You'll perform preventive and predictive maintenance, interpret electrical schematics, diagnose PLC and control issues, and ensure compliance with NFPA 70E, LOTO, and OSHA standards. Working closely with maintenance and production teams, you'll help drive reliability, safety, and continuous improvement in a collaborative, inclusive environment focused on innovation and performance. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment in a manufacturing environment Troubleshoot electrical issues on production and packaging machinery to minimize downtime Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on motors, VFDs, controls, and distribution systems Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and ladder logic to diagnose faults Support PLC and control system diagnostics in coordination with engineering and controls teams Ensure compliance with NFPA 70 E, LOTO, OSHA, and all plant electrical safety standards Document work, parts usage, and findings in the CMMS and recommend improvements Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency Participate in continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and reliability projects Support training and knowledge sharing on electrical best practices and safe work procedures Required Skills Industrial electrical troubleshooting PLC diagnostics and basic programming Motor controls and VFDs Reading electrical schematics Preventive and predictive maintenance Instrumentation and sensors Electrical panel building and wiring Lockout/Tagout and electrical safety Use of multimeters and test equipment CMMS maintenance systems
